1. BBA in Real Estate & Infrastructure – Amity University

Running for a period of 3 years, Amity University’s BBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure is aimed at equipping you with managerial competencies that are required to flourish in the real estate industry. In addition to this, qualifying the GATE, Uni-GAUGE-E or PERA entrance exam is a necessity. There will also be a written test followed by a GD and interview held by the university.  

4. PGP Quantity Surveying and Contract Management – NICMAR

Offered by the coveted NICMAR, this is a unique course which provides a comprehensive understanding of how contracts and conciliation arbitration works. Along with this, the program imparts in-depth knowledge on building economics, quantity measurement and estimation, claim identification, etc.

5. PGP in Real Estate, Construction and Finance – IREF

Founded in the year 2010, the Institute of Real Estate and Finance is revered for offering UGC approved distance learning diplomas, MBAs, and PG diplomas. Their fast-track certificate programs in areas like RERA and real estate marketing are also popular amongst candidates. 

The institute’s PGP-PGDM is a 18 months long, dual degree course, that covers various facets of construction project management, real estate investment, property valuation, brand management, BIM, etc. The program is open to civil engineers, B.Arch holders, and graduates from other streams.
